To ensure accuracy and a smooth fulfillment process, all orders must follow the steps below:
All orders must be confirmed in writing and converted from their original estimate into a finalized invoice.
Full payment is required before an order is submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment.
Applicable sales tax will be added and clearly shown at the bottom of your invoice.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email with options to:

Approve a backorder (we’ll cover the backorder shipping costs)

Blue Valley Cabinets proudly offers delivery throughout British Columbia, directly to residential addresses and job sites.
You will receive a delivery confirmation 24 hours in advance, including an estimated time window.
Please note that delivery windows may shift due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
Standard delivery includes curbside, dock, or garage drop-off only.
If you require white glove or inside delivery, please request this in advance. An additional $150 service fee will apply.
Our team is not authorized to unbox or assemble cabinets due to time restrictions.
An adult (18+ years old) must be present to receive the delivery and sign off.
Our team will provide a packing slip listing all delivered items.
Please check the delivery carefully:
Compare the items to your packing slip.
Mark any missing or visibly damaged items on the driver’s copy.
You may unbox any item that appears damaged for further inspection.
Our team will take photos at delivery for record-keeping.
🔔 Important: Once the delivery is signed for, Blue Valley Cabinets is not responsible for any missing items not noted at the time of delivery.
You have 48 hours after delivery to report any hidden damage not visible at drop-off.
Our uniformed delivery crew will arrive with professionalism, care, and respect for your home or job site. They will assess the delivery area and ensure items are handled safely.
