Blue Valley Cabinets  [ Limited 5-Year Warranty ]

At Blue Valley Cabinets, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. As a direct importer and manufacturer, we are proud to offer a limited five-year warranty on our products to ensure peace of mind for our customers.

✨ What’s Covered

For a period of five years, Blue Valley Cabinets (BVC) warrants to the original purchaser that all cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty applies only to products installed in single-family, owner-occupied residential properties.

❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Improper installation, handling, or storage

  • Custom modifications or alterations

  • Exposure to extreme humidity, temperature, or moisture

  • Natural aging, darkening, or mellowing of wood

  • Variations in wood grain, color, and texture

  • Cracking at joints in painted cabinet surfaces

  • Finish variations due to hand-applied glazes

  • Labor or installation costs, removal, or transportation

Wood is a natural material, and each piece is unique. Variations in color, pattern, and aging are expected and not considered defects. Warping of up to 1/4″ is also considered normal due to seasonal changes in humidity and temperature.

📅 Making a Warranty Claim

To file a claim:

  1. Complete the Warranty Sheet (linked below) with a clear description of the issue.

  2. Include supporting photos of the defect or damage.

  3. Email all documentation to: info@bluevalleycabinets.ca

We will review your claim and notify you within 5–10 business days regarding the approval status and next steps. Please do not proceed with any repairs or replacements without prior written consent from BVC.

If your claim is approved, BVC will cover shipping and handling costs for replacement parts. Some parts may vary slightly from originals due to availability.

🏢 Natural Materials Disclosure

Due to the nature of wood:

  • Color and grain variations are normal and not defects.

  • Light, smoke, cleaning products, and age may change the color over time.

  • Hand-applied glazes and painted finishes will show minor, natural inconsistencies.

⚖️ Legal Terms

  • Warranty is non-transferable.

  • Claims must include a dated proof of purchase.

  • BVC reserves the right to inspect the product.

  • All returns, repairs, and replacements require written consent.

  • This is the sole warranty provided by BVC. No dealer, distributor, or agent is authorized to alter or extend these terms.
