If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, a return authorization must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. All cabinets and accessories must be in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or sales order).
All return requests will begin the review process once a completed Return Request has been submitted to our Customer Service team at: 📧 info@bluevalleycabinets.ca or directly to your sales representative
Return Conditions
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-assembled cabinets and accessories
Assembled cabinets are non-returnable
Custom, special-order, or modified items are non-returnable
All returns are subject to inspection and approval
Return Process
Once your return is approved:

Store credit (recommended for contractors)
Replacement items
Refund to original payment method
All returned items must be delivered to our warehouse before any refund or replacement is processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear
Store credit will be issued within 48 hours after inspection
Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds (if applicable)
