Shipping Delivery and Return Policy

General Shipping Policies

Blue Valley Cabinets ships to Canada using trusted third-party freight carriers and parcel services. Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for the order during transit.

Order Processing Time:

Blue Valley Cabinets: Ships within 1–2 business days.
Assembled Cabinets: Ships within 2–5 business days.

Transit Time:

0–2 business days via trusted freight carriers
RTA Cabinets: Typically delivered in 1–4 business days.
Assembled Cabinets: Typically delivered in 2–7 business days.

Shipping Protection:
We provide complimentary premium package protection through Xcotton to cover loss, theft, or damage. Claims are processed within 24–48 hours after approval.

Receiving Instructions:

Inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival.
Note any damage/shortages on the delivery receipt before signing.
Do not refuse delivery; accept all items, even if damaged.
Do not assemble or install damaged items.

Return Policy:

Returns must be approved by Blue Valley Cabinets within 30 days of purchase.
Unopened items: 25% restocking fee.
Opened/assembled items: Not returnable.
Customer arranges return shipping.
No returns on pre-assembled cabinets or trim (moulding, toe kick, plywood panels, etc.).

Damage or Missing Items Claims:

Visible damage/shortages: Must be noted on delivery receipt and claimed immediately with photos.
Concealed damage: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery, before assembly.
Missing items: Must be reported with packing slip photo.
Approved claims will be replaced (no refunds for damaged items).
